How F2I Began…
Justin Janowski, the founder of Faith2Influence, began his entrepreneurial journey just like many others—with uncertainty and fear, but also with a strong desire to build a faith-driven, impactful, and financially successful business.
One of the most pivotal moments in Justin’s life came when he made the bold decision to quit his job. He called his wife, Kara, to share the news, knowing he had 3-6 months to make this work and a 3-week-old newborn at home.
Kara had just left her teaching position at the Air Force Academy to be home with their daughter, Grace, trusting that Justin could provide for their family.
For years, Justin had felt the tension of working for a company that was growing more spiritual but not in alignment with Christian values. Eventually, he realized God was calling him to something greater—work that was both spiritually fulfilling and aligned with his faith.
Despite the fears and uncertainties, Justin obeyed that call, knowing he needed to use the skills God had given him to serve others. Justin’s initial goal was simple: generate $60,000 to meet his family’s basic needs.
But God had bigger plans. In his first year as a coach, Justin earned over $250,000 without relying on complex marketing strategies, paid ads, or large email lists.
